Return Policy

 We hope you love your purchases, but if you do need to return something to us, because the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, send your item back within 4 days of receiving the product to the address below.  Lashes Are Non Returnable/Refundable Due To Sanitary Reasons! Include your order number on the outside of the package!

Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable

• IN THE EVENT YOU DO NEED AN ITEM REPLACED OR REFUNDED YOU ARE REQUIRED TO EMAIL US SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS OF THE SAID DEFECTIVE ITEM PROVING WHY IT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED/REFUNDED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING ON THE ITEM YOU ARE MAILING BACK AND RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING ON THE NEW PRODUCT BEING SENT OUT. 

• We are NOT responsible for any allergies/allergic reactions or any other type of reaction from using our products. Everything we sell has been used and tested and has caused zero reactions, therefore we are not responsible and will not offer refunds or exchanges.

• If you receive products that are not what you are ordered you can email us at killerqueencosmetics@yahoo.com and we will ship you the correct products at no charge to you.

•PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TYPE THE CORRECT ADDRESS.

• We are NOT responsible for any packages shipped to the wrong address and we are NOT responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages. 

Once USPS has your package we are no longer responsible for your package. 

• Please allow 2-5 business days for processing.

• IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO YOUR NEGLECT TO PICK UP OR ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE WE WILL IMMEDIATELY ISSUE A REFUND AND CHARGE A $5 RESTOCKING FEE
